Soft Corals

As some of the easiest species to keep as a reef keeper, soft corals are popular with beginners. Soft corals generally aren’t so fussy when it comes to perfect water parameters, can take a low-light conditions and gentle flow isn’t a massive issue.

This group of corals belongs to the order Alcyonacea which includes several suborders and families. Some of most common soft coral types are Zoanthids, Mushroom Coral and Leather Coral.
